By submitting content, you grant Quotestasy a non-exclusive, royalty-free,
perpetual right to use, store, process, and make the content publicly accessible

No commercial exploitation of your content takes place outside the operation of the platform.
5. Moderation and Content Removal
Quotestasy reserves the right to remove content at any time and without providing
reasons, and to suspend or permanently exclude users in case of violations of

6. Liability
Quotestasy is fully liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential
contractual obligations and to foreseeable damages.
Liability for user-generated content is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
